Yes. All CureTape® products are made from high-quality, breathable cotton with a hypoallergenic, latex-free adhesive. They are certified as medical devices and safe for sensitive skin when used correctly.

No. For hygiene and performance reasons, each tape application is single-use. The adhesive is designed for secure wear and gentle removal after one use.

CureTape® Beauty is designed specifically for the delicate skin of the face. For body applications, use other CureTape® variants such as CureTape® Punch or CrossLinq®.

Yes. We will soon launch online and in-person courses that teach correct taping techniques and holistic skin care methods. You can subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when they are available.

Orders

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@beautytape.ch

Please contact us at info@beautytape.ch within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so that we can resolve it quickly.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your product is unused and unopened, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.

At this time, we ship exclusively within Switzerland.

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days and delivered within one to four business days via Swiss Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, which will be displayed on our website.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Swiss Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
