Refund policy
We want you to love your BeautyTape products. If something isn’t right, you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order using our self-service return portal. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging and condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to start a return
You can request a return easily using our online return system: Start a return
- Log in with your email and order number
- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Follow the steps to submit your request
Once your return is approved, you will receive:
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
- A return shipping label, if applicable
Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@beautytape.ch.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used taping products (CureTape®, CrossLinq®, BoobTape®, CureTape® Punch, CureTape® Sensor)
- Opened accessories or tools that have come into direct skin contact (e.g. FASCIQ® massage cups)
- Opened or used Face and Decolleté Masks
- Supplement products once opened (when available)
- Gift cards and items purchased on sale
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
