- Prep your skin : Cleanse your face and follow your usual skincare routine. Apply your favorite cream or serum, avoiding oils as they can prevent the tape from adhering. Gently massage your face before application to stimulate circulation.
- Cut and apply : Measure and cut the tape to your desired length. Apply without stretching, then smooth gently to activate adhesion.
- Relax and remove : Leave on overnight or for 6-8 hours. Remove slowly by carefully rolling it off the skin. For best results, use daily for 3-4 weeks, then twice a week for maintenance.
