CrossLinq® should not come into excessive contact with your fingers. It is best to use plastic tweezers or a wooden stick. Metal tweezers are not suitable as they could damage the grid. Never cut the patches.
Simply apply the grid to the desired point on the skin – note that the patch "bends" itself towards the positively charged area of the skin (i.e., where the "problem" is).
