Painful periods? Try CureTape® Punch!

Research shows that more than 60% of women experience pain and cramps in the lower abdomen during menstruation. The elastic properties of the specially perforated CureTape® Punch tape provide a lifting effect on the skin, giving pain receptors "more space." The stimulus provided by the tape at the application site reduces tissue tension, thereby reducing or even completely eliminating pain.

There is no need to use painkillers or other medications.

Woman founder of BeautyTape

"We are all familiar with painful menstruation. I used to treat it with painkillers, but even so, I was completely out of commission for a few days. For several years now, I have been applying CureTape Punch to my lower abdomen and lower back during my period, and the comfort during menstruation is fantastic. The pain and cramps are noticeably relieved within 30 minutes, and the duration of my period has even shortened. I recommend applying the tape two days before the expected start date. Personally, I also apply one strip of tape to my lower back. The relief is incredible."

1. Measure and cut

For the menstrual tape, apply two CureTape® Punch strips of different lengths. Measure the first tape from one pelvic bone to the other. Measure the second tape roughly from the end of the pubic hair to below the belly button.

2. Applying longer strips

Cut the strips to the desired length and round off the ends for better adhesion. First, apply a longer piece of tape. Fold it in half and tear the backing paper exactly in the middle of the tape, as shown in the picture.

3. Stretch and stick

Apply the tape without stretching from the center toward the pelvic bones on the lower abdomen. Stick the ends of the tape without stretching. Smooth the entire length of the tape thoroughly for better adhesion.

4. Preparing the shorter tape

Fold the shorter tape in half again, in the same way as you did with the first longer tape, and tear the backing paper in the middle of the tape again.

5. Applying shorter tape

Again, apply the tape from the center towards the navel and pubic hair. Do not stretch the ends of the tape, just smooth them down.

6. Done!

We recommend leaving the tape on for the entire duration of your period. If it becomes uncomfortable at any time, simply roll it off.
